LOGISTICS AND WMS

Fluentis ERP is equipped with specific features that can increase internal and external logistical efficiency through the WMS Fluentis Mobile. The Fluentis Mobile WMS operates in a Wi-Fi contexts with touch screen devices, connected via Web Services to the ERP part, providing support for greater flexibility and speed, with real-time information and less errors. The WMS Fluentis Mobile defines the physical structure of the warehouses in aisles, shelves, shelves or simply areas, squares or stations in line so as to have the uniqueness of the locations. In particular, the procedures intervene in the automation of the material loading and unloading processes, in the optimization of material picking and storage logics and in speeding up the fulfillment of orders and the receipt of materials, as well as all the packing list and shipment of the finished product.

SUPERVISOR: SCHEDULER OF AUTOMATIC PROCESSES

Supervisor was created with the aim of automating the control and verification procedures that operators carry out daily in the various operational areas, thereby increasing their efficiency. Thanks to a set of algorithms, ranging from the verification of the production progress, to the management of stock in the warehouse, to the supplier delivery portfolio, to the credit situation in administration, Supervisor identifies itself as an activity scheduler that notifies the user via email notifications.
Supervisor also allows you to quickly and easily extend functions thanks to the VBScript configuration. Supervisor communicates with operators via email or even via SMS with a suitably configured GSM modem.
