Difficult and ambitious projects? No problem with Fluentis Software Project Management
Project Management
A Project Management software is essential for all companies, large or small, dealing with projects and aiming to improve their efficiency, save time and resources, and increase productivity.
Project management is a key activity for the success of any project and includes all the phases of planning and organizing the work, in terms of the resources needed to achieve the objectives (time, money, human resources, etc.).
The benefits of relying on a Project Management software are undeniable: a unified and consistent approach, better team collaboration, optimal allocation of time and resources, and improved budgeting.

Valuable Features to Support Project Managers
The integrated Project Management module in Fluentis allows detailed project planning, assigning individual human resources to the smallest work units, known as work packages, defining dates corresponding to project milestones, and preparing the cost and revenue reporting for the project.
The Project Manager can quickly view the project using the available Gantt chart, which displays the start and end dates of individual project tasks, their dependencies, and the completion percentage.
Additionally, it is possible to modify the start and end dates.
By planning interventions using the Planner, the Project Manager gains visibility into the workload of individual resources involved in the project and can easily manage the optimal distribution of tasks. This allows for reassigning tasks or interventions as needed to ensure completion.
WBS Representation and Non-Hierarchical Approach
With Fluentis, you can manage both internal company projects and client projects using a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), consisting of a parent node and its child nodes, or through a job order structure with no parent-child relationships.
For WBS-style projects, the project follows a tree structure, where the branches organize the project approach, and the leaves identify the various tasks to be carried out. To ensure the project’s concept is clear, Fluentis provides templates, or predefined models, to make the creation, management, and maintenance of the project less burdensome for the user.
In the case of a job order structure, a non-hierarchical approach is possible, enabling the project to serve as a hub for information from other modules such as Sales, Purchases, Production, Maintenance, and CRM. In this way, the project aggregates costs and revenues, becoming a Job Order Contract, a Recurring Contract, or a Work Progress (SAL) contract.

Possibility to Follow Predefined Templates or Create New Ones
Activities can be subdivided by type, and the project tree can be adapted accordingly: the project can include a Root Node (the main project summary assigned to the Project Manager), an Activity Note (a secondary project summary assigned to the Area Manager), or a Work Package (details of the operational task, typically linked to coded service items and assigned to executive resources).

Complete Integration with Other Business Modules
The seamless integration with other modules allows many previously time-consuming operations to be carried out with just a few simple clicks, such as the automatic invoicing of projects or creating a marketing campaign for a specific group of contacts or clients.
Furthermore, the Work Progress feature is crucial, enabling stage-based invoicing and a final or progressive financial statement that offsets advance invoices at the project level.
The analysis is available from both an economic-financial and technical-organizational perspective, allowing for variance analysis between the budget and actual results.
