EAM allows the management of technical assistance and plant maintenance, planning events both of an ordinary and extraordinary nature. It manages its customers and the facilities they own and for which maintenance and interventions are carried out, automatically organizes appointments according to the available technician, displays graphically the appointments to be planned, to be performed or already made.
It also manages the Control Report and the separate Work Order for technician and day. At the end of the day, it automatically downloads the used spare parts from the warehouse and generates the information for the relative billing.
