It manages the entry of materials both from purchases and job orders, as well as internal logistics and article movement.
It provides the ability to make production declarations, a fundamental part of the product-integrated MES, and manage all shipping flows, including packaging management (UDC) and shipment management.
Centralized Platform
The WMS module offered by Fluentis is fully integrated into the platform, providing a solution where business logic and related algorithms are completely centralized and shared.
Being Fluentis a cross-platform solution, the application can be used on radiofrequency devices such as handhelds and tablets, Android and iOS, as well as directly from Fluentis. The automatic update mode during login eliminates the setup times of various peripherals during version updates.
Native Printing
Through Fluentis WMS, it is possible to preview and print on a remote device directly from the device.
The administrator, through a dedicated parameterization mask, can define roles, users, and the respective printers to be used.
Goods Receipt
Integrated WMS Logistics in Fluentis allows complete management of the goods receipt process, both from purchases and job orders, allowing you to create the document and the related valued warehouse load in the management system.
During receipt, it is possible to generate the batch/SN and print the label to be physically placed on the item. Additionally, optimization algorithms will suggest the location on which to place the received goods.
Internal Logistics
With Fluentis WMS, all internal logistics operations are performed, such as location movements or adjustments. With clear and fast tools, it is possible to quickly check the availability of an item and, if necessary, quickly perform a rotation inventory of the affected shelving or the entire warehouse.

Picking
Production picking, warehouse transfer picking, or picking for shipping can be managed directly by the WMS.
The system suggests the items to be picked based on the best route defined on the warehouse locations.
MES
Through Fluentis WMS, it is simple and intuitive to make production declarations with the respective times and define valid products and any rejects by defining the reject reason.
All information will then converge on production reports, a cornerstone of Fluentis’ integrated MES.
UDC / UDS Management
Fluentis, through its WMS Logistics, offers accurate management of load units and shipping units, whose movement can be controlled through workflows that indicate their status.
Each unit can be single or multi-reference, batch or SN, and through the unique barcodes of each UDC/UDS, reading times for various movements, storage, and sales can be reduced.
It also manages a multilevel structure where a UDC/UDS can be part of another UDC/UDS.
Strict management of UDS allows easy integration with major shippers and other platforms such as Amazon.
Packing list
With the help of UDC/UDS, it is possible to generate the packing list at the same time as shipping and print it directly from the device used.
Sales
Fluentis’ integrated WMS allows different types of Sales management to cover the needs of all types of customers.
For example, it is possible to directly process a customer order for distribution companies, while for retail companies, it is possible to directly create the sales document without the need for a customer order; for manufacturing companies, sales will follow the flow from the customer order, with the creation of picking and its fulfillment with or without the use of UDC/UDS.
