Bizlink, Fluentis’ integrated ESB (Enterprise Service Bus) software, simplifies the exchange of data and processes with other applications and ERP systems, ensuring secure, documented, and dynamic integration.
With Bizlink, you can automate the sending and receiving of business documents such as customer and supplier records, product data, BOMs (Bills of Materials), base tables, as well as purchase and sales orders, invoices, and delivery notes.
It also facilitates seamless implementation of Intercompany process mapping, enabling group companies to reuse documents and establish streamlined, automated workflows free from transcription errors.
The module is equipped with a Workflow tool that allows businesses to effectively configure and manage the interaction diagrams of their processes.
Bizlink Features
Seamless Integration with the Business Layer and Logic: Bizlink ensures full integration with Fluentis' business layer and algorithmic logic. This guarantees referential integrity during document imports while applying all relevant business rules—both standard and custom—when importing data from external sources.
Workflow Process Integration
Intercompany Data Exchange: Facilitates seamless data sharing between different companies within the same group through the Intercompany module.
On-Demand Excel Import: Import data directly from Excel files into ERP documents with ease.
Third-Party Data Exchange
Enables data exchange with third-party systems in multiple formats using dedicated parsers:
- Data exchange in EDIFACT (EURITMO) format with a parser for reading and writing EDI files in various variations.
- Data exchange in XML and TXT format supported natively.
- Data exchange with major international systems such as Dynamics, YonYou, Navision through WCF integration, Piteco and Doc Finance for open item management and first note registrations, and SAP managing integration via SOA and BAPI using common interface techniques and "standards" (XML, EDIFACT, X12, IDOC, and others).
Third-Party Procedure Integration via Web APIs: Integrates seamlessly with external services such as payroll, treasury, document management, and, most notably, e-commerce platforms.

The Interface of the Future: No Interface
Fluentis ERP includes a Web API library that, leveraging BizLink—its integrated ESB module for clients—enables integration with third-party systems. This is achieved not only through files but also via Web API calls, which are particularly useful for system integrations, such as Industry 4.0 models or conversational AI engines.
It becomes possible to create a fully custom connector to exchange documents (also utilizing Intercompany functionalities) through schedulable GET and POST calls, with adjustable time intervals.
