Management software with integrated e-commerce

Fluentis ERP offers its clients a fully integrated e-commerce platform that allows for the automatic exchange of all data related to customers, orders, and purchases.

The chosen e-commerce platform for integration is NopCommerce, a comprehensive and user-friendly solution, technologically sound and based on open-source code. Through BizLink, the integrated ESB software in Fluentis, it enables complete integration of all data related to:

• Acquisition of new customers
• Order formulation and verification/update of availability
• Record of purchases, payments, and invoicing

By registering on the website and placing an order/purchase, the user can be added as a new customer in the management software, where – once all necessary checks have been made and any additional binding information added – they can be officially validated.

The user will compose their order directly from the e-commerce site, with a constantly updated view of available items, inventory, prices, and much more. Once the order is completed, they can proceed with the purchase using the available payment methods and receive the appropriate invoicing.

Upon confirmation, the order will be sent to the ERP, which will proceed to codify it, making it consistent with those created directly from the management system.

This way, all customer orders can be managed in a single platform, and real-time control of all information related to availability and inventory can be maintained.
