The chosen and integrated tool in the Fluentis installation for working with reports is ExtraReport by DevExpress.

Through this program, users can open the report template, design the graphical structure, and define the logic for generating the various displayed properties.

Dashboards to Monitor KPIs and Improve Business Performance.

Business Intelligence tools can also be useful for building charts and performance indicators to monitor business flows. Today, reports, essential for the static visualization of data during printing, archiving, or data sharing via email, have been complemented for direct on-screen viewing by dashboards, i.e., interactive graphical dashboards with the ability to set filters by date, subject, or category, which can contain tables, indices, and values represented to make reading information simple, direct, and always up-to-date.

 

In addition to a set of standard dashboards to exploit the most requested visualizations, it is possible to create custom dashboards through integrated procedures.

 

Dashboards can then be called directly via a button or integrated into a context panel, allowing the display of the dashboard linked to the selected item in the search grid.

 

Dashboards are typically used to display KPIs, Key Performance Indicators or, better, indicators that reveal the strengths and weaknesses of the company, such as revenues from different activities, sales by country, inventory levels, delivery delays, or the load of production work centers, immediately identifying deviations from expected values.
