WAREHOUSES
& LOCATIONS

Centrally manage warehouses in different locations. Warehouses can be physical or logical, internal or external. The locations defined within the repository are multilevel and can also be physical or logical. The hierarchical structure assists the user in their definition and use. Locations can be managed by charging logics based on size or flow rate.

INVENTORY
RECORDS

Automatically or manually create tasks for the loading/unloading of goods using logical or physical warehouses. The movement allows the management of several contemporary measurement units. Inventory records are stored for fast and accurate data entry.

EXTRA DATA
LOT MANAGEMENT

Check both incoming and outgoing quantities of goods. The lot code may differ from one item to another. Each lot can be managed through appropriate lot statuses, and goods can be tagged and sorted according to the appropriate lot. Available inventory control methods are: LIFO, FIFO, FEFO and manual procedures.

Instantly evaluate the feasibility of customer orders vs. availability of goods. This feature lets you easily prepare the best fulfillment plan for a customer order, issue the picking list or delivery note and transfer the goods to the shipping area—all linked together through a single interface.

INVENTORY
LISTS

Easily prepare a document with the list of items and their accounting records that includes the warehouse and location. The operator will be able to verify the physical and accounting details to ensure accuracy or quickly make adjustments.
