Simulate the best operating environment and then make it real
The interactive CRP (Capacity Resource Planning) tool allows the simulation and management of work center loads without interfering with the actual execution and planning activities launched in production. This procedure give users a series of tools for selecting individual orders, aggregating them, analyzing them within a specific period (rather than for a single work center). It can create “snapshots”, or simulations, store them, and establish the best production organization by interacting with the Gantt data through “Drag & Drop” operations of orders or individual phases. Once satisfied with the simulation, users can easily deploy the displayed result in an actually operational context.
